Natalie Haller serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Franklin Group Financial Services.
Natalie began her career at PNC Financial Services in Wilmington, DE in a fund administration role, but soon returned to Karr Barth Associates in 2010 where she had previously interned while earning her Finance degree at Temple University. At Karr Barth, Natalie worked closely with Greg Wilson, supporting his practice through investment analysis, client service, and overall business management.
She later relocated to New York City to join UBS Financial Services where she held roles in supervision and branch operations within the New York Private Wealth branch. Natalie subsequently joined UBS’s Advisory Solutions group in a governance capacity and later served as Business Manager for the Investment Manager Analysis team. In 2026, she returned to work alongside Greg, joining the team at Franklin Group and bringing her broad operational expertise to the firm.
Natalie is based in Morristown, NJ, where she loves to spend time with her husband, Justin, and their two children, Oscar and Lucy.
